Staff

The staff at First Step Learning Center is made up of a talented, experienced and professional team of early childhood educators. Many of our teachers hold degrees in education or related fields and all of our staff complete and go above and beyond the state training requirements for a licensed childcare center. All of our staff is also CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross.

We value each child’s individuality and we strive to help all children develop a positive self-concept and an appreciation for the uniqueness of the people and the world around them.

Our curriculum is inspired by children’s natural curiosity and excitement. By setting the stage for learning and discovery, the teachers at First Step encourage all children to reach their potential and discover the magic of childhood.
